The Image of Amir Timur in English and Uzbek Literary Studies

This monograph by literary scholar Zebo Yakhshieva is devoted to the analysis of the inclusion of Amir Temur as a hero in fiction works within English and Uzbek literary studies. In the monograph, the depiction of the poet as a historical figure is analyzed within European and Uzbek literature and historical documents. The artistic representations of Amir Temur in the works of English and Turkish writers are also explored.
