Accidentally causing and witnessing his father's tragic death, hardens high school graduate Nicholas Anselmo. Starting him on a subtle journey from innocence to addiction. He loses his faith, gains a demon and heads on a rock and roll journey spiraling into the sins of big city kitchens in 1980's Los Angeles. Back in New York his autistic sister Trisha, who speaks to angels has summoned help.
Messengers appear, in the form of burly bikers and try to guide and protect him. But there are two things they can't interfere with, his will to choose, or the evil that may come with his choices.
Chef, drugs, and rock and roll, can sum up this young man's journey as he loses heart and goes through hell to get it back again in this story which some may consider a fictional memoir.
