The Horrors of Willville: Season 1 (5 Episodes)

The Horrors of Willville is an American horror anthology series. Season one provides five captivating, mind-bending short stories of horror. Each episode presents its own story unrelated to other episodes and a different cast of characters. Each story puts people in unusual situations and extraordinary circumstances of unimaginable, unforeseen terror.

S1 - E1: The Butterfly Effect

Jefferey arrives his new job as the town's head medical examiner, taking over for Dr. Lambert, who will spend two-weeks training Jeffrey before retiring. Jefferey shows up on an important night; the morgue had just received the alleged dead body of "The Countdown Killer," the most notorious serial killer of all time. Their job is to ID the killer's body. The next day, however, when Dr. Lambert is found brutally murdered in the morgue and Jefferey and the killer's bodies are missing, the FBI struggles to piece together this head-scratching psychological horror thriller.

S1 - E2: The Candy Lady

Darla Franks became the most famous woman in the country in 1929 after she murdered her husband by poisoning his candy. She is deemed "The Candy Woman," and every major and local media outlet covers her trial, whereby she is convicted and sentenced to a lunatic asylum. Twenty-years later, the head psychiatrist of the asylum (Glenda) picks Darla as one of the few inmates to be released before completing her sentence. With help from Glenda, Darla changes her name, relocates, and secures a housekeeping job. However, children start going missing, and some turn up dead. Moreover, a candy-theme is associated with each tragedy. When a tipster reveals Darla's true identity to the police, she quickly becomes the prime suspect. However, nothing is as it seems in this highly suspenseful horror thriller.

S1 - E3: The Curse of Lady Sonia

Mr. and Mrs. Davis and their newborn baby move into their new hilltop home in a woodsy area with high expectations for the future. However, things start getting inexplicably strange for Mr. Davis after their new maid arrives. At one point, the maid slyly seduces him and then threatens to tell his wife about their encounter. Shortly after that, she vanishes without a trace. After more strange incidents, Mr. Davis decides to look into the house's history. What he finds changes everything!

S1 - E4: Escaped Murderer

Sally and Brad have been dating for a year, and Sally is pregnant with Brad's child. There's only one problem: Brad is married to another woman. Sally is adamant that she is having the baby, even though Brad is against initially. But when Brad asks Sally to go on vacation, she believes he is going to propose marriage. Meanwhile, a convicted ax murderer had escaped from prison the night before in the area where Brad and Sally are headed. When their car breaks down on a dark, desolate highway, Brad is forced to leave the pregnant Sally behind and walk a few miles back to the nearest gas station. But when a mysterious man approaches the vehicle matching the description of the escaped ax murderer, Sally struggles to stay alive in this survival-horror episode.

S1 - E5: The Seven Gates of Hell

Four friends in their mid-20's decide to embark on an epic adventure to the infamous urban legend, "The Seven Gates of Hell." As the tale goes, walking through each gate (seven train trestles) in order, followed by the seventh gate at exactly midnight, will send those who dare directly to hell! When they arrive at the first gate armed with beer and marijuana, they are pleasantly surprised to see famous YouTube sensation Bobby Black and his camera person, Lilith, there to document their own journey. What happens next is a horror that can only be found in Willville.
