The Hiriculan Imposition

After years of secrecy, Hiricula's massive naval fleet has finally been constructed. The fleet is ready to enact the High Council's master plan and try to conquer the Alliance in one bold strike. Will the Hiriculans be able to impose their will on an unsuspecting galaxy? Meanwhile, Earth discovers that there is intelligent life elsewhere in the galaxy. Their response to the news: "I guess we are going to build a Navy and go to war. That seems like the only logical course of action."
