The Herb

Issa Hassan Al-Yasiri pays tribute to Arab culture through his anthology The Herb. Issa skilfully adopts a prose structure to build poetic images which capture the mind's imagination. Professor Abdul Wahid Mohammed had an important role in translating Issa Hassan Al-Yasiri's poetry and presenting it to the English reader.
