There are so many different types of rice that sometimes it is difficult to decide which grain will work in a given recipe. I am lucky enough to have several unique markets in my area so I can buy different types of rice in bulk and store them, but this also provides an opportunity to try out different flavors. I would recommend taking a look at your neighborhood and seeing if there are some markets you might not have tried in the past to expand your rice knowledge.
