I have added a section at the end of most chapters to include changes and updates since the first book was made.This book is written by a group fitness instructor, for group fitness instructors. If you are learning to teach, currently teaching, or thinking about starting to teach exercise classes, then this book is for you. I include basic information about teaching, and information about classes that you need to know, in order to be successful. I discuss music, class types, class designs, personality, attracting students, and little tips that will help you on your journey.
