The Gray Lady & the Shadow Man

Col. Josiah Solomon, a 20-year Army ranger had been in command of a critically important mission. A paranormal visitor warned him of an ambush and saved his unit. When he refuses to explain why he chose to disobey orders, the Colonel is deemed unfit for command and sent home to teach high school ROTC. There he joins a team of paranormal investigators. Most of the places they investigate come up empty, but they soon find themselves working to help the living and the dead Ava Rinehart grew up the daughter of a local farmer. She is dealing with two problems: breast cancer and a ghostly friend who needs help. As a little girl she had played alone among the crumbling walls of the old Lakeshore Inn. In the shadows she had met the Gray Lady. She asks the Colonel's team to investigate. During the pre-investigation, they discover the inn is being restored, possibly destroying forever any chance of identifying the Gray Lady.Mary Grace is the 7-year-old daughter of a local family. When she suddenly becomes terrified to enter her own bedroom, her mother asks the Colonel for help. Soon, her older sister, who had teased Mary Grace for her 'ghost story' is also traumatized by something in the house. Twice the team finds nothing in the home, but events soon convince them that there is something far worse than a ghost there. But how do they fight something they can't even prove exists?
