Peace was abruptly shattered throughout the Universe. The two Great Forces of the undecided War for the Godmaker had ignited a flame that soon became the first true Universal War. For seven months, the cosmic conflict raged as the Dark Alliance, loyal to the thought dead Lu'saferon, openly invaded galaxies and star systems with no apparent pattern to their carnage. In response, the followers of the Star Gods continued to hopelessly attempt to mount any kind of defense.
