Mobster Jack Cotti, elected by the voters to become the forty-fifth President of the United States, has been put down by an assassin's bullet. He wanted only to get things done and bring both sides of the aisle together. But now his life is in the hands of New York City's finest surgeons. The doctors believe there is little hope for recovery.
