The Genesis Prophecy

In Isaiah 46:10, it says: "Declaring the end from the beginning and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, 'My counsel shall stand, and I will do all My pleasure.' " Has the end been declared by our Creator from the beginning? And can we find a timeline for man's lifespan on the earth hidden in the Genesis account of creation?
