To save her brother's life, Tansy must teach him a lesson on his own terms. Before that can happen, she needs to get her father to set up an account for her. It would be impossible to manage the farm if they would not sell to her. Her father was leaving. He wanted to stay, but the fever called his name and he was headed that way.
