A private detective in Memphis is murdered and leaves his failing business and unpaid employees for Carson to take care of - then the fun begins.

While probing through his newly acquired clients for the murdered detective's killer - information about a three year old bank robbery surfaces. But when clients begin disappearing, and eventually turning up dead, Carson smells a problem...a big problem.
