Tobie - the fluffy brown pup - has lived in fear for his short life. Tobie was rescued from a sad home and needed a new family. Mrs. Francy was scrolling through a social media site and saw this fluffy, cute brown poof ball. She scheduled an appointment to meet him immediately. When she and her family arrived to meet him, they were determined to show him love and care. Tobie - did not deal with the emotions -he was confused, fearful, and undecided about the introduction of events. Will he go home with this new family?
