The Fells of Home: Short Stories from the Lake District's Young Writers

A piece of community literature based on the area around us: the Cumbrian and Lake District landscape.

The aim is to build on existing interest or talents of our young writers to nurture their talents and engage their interest in the area within which they live, taking inspiration from the landscape and culture of the Lake District without them feeling coersed to conform to a specific national curriculum standard, therefore engaging creativity.
