When a storm of epic proportions hits Paisley Pointe, forcing its citizens indoors, the business alliance comes up with a creative idea to help banish the blues. But when strange lights start showing up in the gloomy skies, Granny knows that something has to be done to keep her community from turning into a ghost town.
