The evolution of labor laws around the world and its paradox

This book is the result of my desire to delve deeper into the subject since my undergraduate studies in Economics, where the labor market and the articles by Prof. Dr. Affonso Celso Pastore prompted me to question and evaluate the Brazilian labor market. The focus is on the evolution of labor laws, as well as their role in the various eras of society's evolution, and the current challenges arising from the same evolution, in other words, a paradox. In addition, the material creates an environment conducive to overcoming obstacles and discussing the topic in organizations and academic society. In this way, the obstacles to sharing information and knowledge can be reduced, based on the author's contribution to the subject.In addition, there can be no growth without transformation, breaking down paradigms and silos that only serve to prevent society from discussing the issue in an apolitical and scientific manner, with a view to finding solutions to the problems that arise at the present time in labor relations.
