Theo and his friends try to expose a vicious kidnapper, in search for justice, after his innocent father is wrongly imprisoned.

One night, Theo's friend goes missing after eating drugged ice cream. With kids disappearing worldwide, police arrest Theo's father, an ice cream vendor.
