This group, shrouded in secrecy, was famed for their extraordinary magical powers and unmatched strength, establishing Nitrell as a formidable nation. Their governance marked an era of prosperity and military might. In 50 PC, the Free Militia of Vampires claimed the territory, leading to the rise of the Matanzas Federation. This military dictatorship enforced strict control, shaping North Rica into a powerful yet heavily regulated society.
