In a tiny bookshop, in the historic Dubrovnik Old Town, a book club begins… Newly arrived from the UK, Claire starts the book club at the suggestion of her grandmother and invites her cousin Vedran – still reeling from the disappearance of his girlfriend – her employee Luna, and other local ex-pats, like Karmela, a professor originally from Sarajevo, to join her in broadening their literary horizons.
