When a group of PhD students called The Dragon Pit decide to "Make a Difference" for their annual project, they agree the war on terror can only be won by fighting fire with fire by getting on the same level as the terrorists.

Things become personal when they lose one of the members and become more determined and plan their own version of retaliation.
