Research shows that sketching your to do list helps commit it to memory. Have some fun drawing your obligations and then watch with amazement as you actually remember to do them 100 pages - each page containing areas to draw 9 tasks per page. Draw an "X" through the box as you complete each task and move along to the next one. It makes running errands fun
