Ruth Chandler Cook is an author and entrepreneur who leads efforts to advance opportunities for the traditionally underrepresented segments of society. She incorporated her technology company called HireHer® in 2017 after observing and navigating the prejudice and bias people of color confront. Ruth is an accomplished certified human resources executive who held a very successful career in industry and government including service as a human resources executive in the headquarters of the Department of the Treasury.
