There is nothing I need more than encouragement around my issues and relationship with food. We folks who battle the bulgeare a community; and, I find the support of others always gets me through the rough spots. The DIET Syndrome is my way ofgiving back. This is not a diet book with low fat recipes designed to melt extra pounds; nor is this an exercise book filled with sweaty activities to help burn fat. Far from it. The DIET Syndrome is a unique approach that offers support and encouragement to anyone who has issues around food. In these pages you'll find scores of my tips and tricks - thestrategies I use to help me get through the rough spots in my personal battle with food and staying healthy.
