This book tells us how the Catholic schools have to be managed. It uses Nigeria as a reference point, indicating how we started, where we failed, and how to be stronger again. As a detailed research work, it has some suggested ideas on how the Catholic School leadership has to be applied in any parochial/mission school. It stresses on the need to maintain Catholic identity by teaching the young people sound Christian/Catholic morals, sound education, and standard spiritual upliftment as leaders of tomorrow.
