This book is the result of a work that lasted 3 months and that consisted in setting up the dashboard as a performance tool of the purchasing process within the STIR, which is a public company with a social objective that is the refining of crude oil in order to satisfy the needs of the national market in petroleum products. It gave us the opportunity to see this large company up close and to take advantage of the different structures related to its operating system, precisely the commercial department. Indeed, the dashboard is a tool of piloting of the company. Its role is to present, in the form of synthetic indicators, both qualitative and quantitative, the objectives to be reached and the means associated to reach them, as well as the actions already carried out. This is done in order to accurately evaluate the performance level of the company's purchasing department. Our internship within the refining company STIR, allowed us to make our humble contribution to the construction of a new dashboard of the purchasing department which has the ambition to fill the insufficiencies of the current table.
