Tejas Desai was born, raised and lives in New York City, where he works as a Supervising Librarian for Queens Library. He is a graduate of Wesleyan University, attended the University of Oxford and holds a MFA in Creative Writing/Literary Translation and a MLS in Library/Information Science from CUNY-Queens College. He is the author of the international crime series The Brotherhood Chronicle and The Human Tragedy literary series. In 2012, he founded The New Wei literary movement which seeks to promote provocative and meaningful narrative artists. His articles and interviews on literature have been published in HuffPost, Buzzfeed, The London Post and other publications.
