The Dahran Retrainer

Working in a very mundane banking environment in the Sheikdom of Dahra, Jonathan Martin, having become the unintended and accidental owner of a slave, finds that he is being referred to as the ?Retrainer?. This narrative is part of his story, of some remarkable events as they happened to him. In a word, his story is a series of adventures about which the outside world is yet not supposed to know. Many of these events are metaphors for the twists and turns of modern life. At one and the same time, Jonathan Martin can be regarded as an unexciting boring banker, but also as a person with many a deeper and darker secret. Only the discerning reader will find out what is what.
