The Crayon Box

This book is a story about a black crayon who cannot find its place in the crayon box. The black crayon journeys through the crayon box asking each group of crayons if it can stay with them. Despite constant rejection the black crayon pushes through until it finds its place. This story helps children understand that they are never alone, there is always a silver lining to each cloud, and to never stop reaching for their dreams.
