In the kingdom of Myconia lies a forbidden garden filled with mushrooms whose flesh is said to bring ecstatic visions to some, to others a fate worse than death. Princess Ziqqora, whose only passion is dreaming, resolves to taste the illicit fungus and discover the truth.
