Hesiod was an ancient Greek poet who was throught to have lived around the same time as Homer. Hesiod is considered to be the first economist and he was also a key source of Greek mythology, farming techniques and ancient time-keeping. The Hesiod Collection includes The Shield of Heracles, Theogony, and Works & Days.
