A bartender in Austin explains his run-in with a bizarre character who goes by the moniker the Chinese Rapper and is blown away by his unique form of entertainment. He witnesses his rise and fall in the music scene and documents his most memorable songs for eternity even though the world wasn't quite ready for his incredible talent and persistence in becoming the best rapper who ever lived.
