Six adopted siblings from Boston live a normal life with their mother, Charlotte. They take a field trip to Saddle Ball Mountain, which no one is particularly excited about, and find a door carved into the side of a cliff. Upon entering, they discover a dwarven society, hidden from human eyes. While there, they begin to unlock special powers that will change the course of their lives forever. But there are others who want their power for themselves.
