Who killed Mickey Phillips?

 

In the 1930s, German intelligence guided disgruntled activists with a plan focused on keeping the United States out of the current conflict in Europe. These spies added a new item to the top of their agenda. Kill Jonas Watcher.  

A chance encounter from his recent past leads Jonas on a scavenger hunt in search of the person who killed Mickey Philips. With his girlfriend Mei Lin and her butler, they travel to Sacramento, California.  

A simple phone call resulted in the trio being put under surveillance, which took an ominous turn.

Jonas started on a hunt to find a killer and he runs into the Third Reich in 1930s Sacramento.
