This is not your average colouring book! Part whimsy, part workbook, you will be amused and you may learn a few things. This book contains fun colouring pages, some activity pages and 30 yoga poses with their names in English and Sanskrit. I want you to reflect on the poses in this book and in the blank spaces on those pages, write down how they make you feel, good or bad, draw an image or shape that they inspire in you, or write down goals that they motivate you to achieve. But most importantly, pay attention to their Sanskrit names...you will be tested on them in a fun but challenging crossword puzzle. You can totally cheat though ‘cause the answers are at the back of the book, but please don’t, OK?
