In this amazing story book, there is a boy named: Oliver. Oliver is a naughty boy. He is a bully. He likes to pick on little kids at school. He is a liar. He always lies to his parents. He is rude, he doesn't talk nicely to his parents' house maid.
One day, his picture and name appear before Mr. Sam, in case you don't know, Mr. Sam is a fairy man, that appears to naughty kids.
Mr. Sam appears to Oliver and scolds him, and also scares him and his dog using magic, as they say, the rest is history. But this time, I would say, the rest is turn-around for Oliver. He learnt his lesson the hard way, and everyone around him is surprised by the new behaviors from him.
