The Book of Mormon: The Greatest Deception of All 2, The Delusional Book of Joseph Smith. This second book in a series of three picks up the forthright examination and critique of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS), also known as the Mormons. After the first book's overview, this second book of three drills down a bit deeper into the problematic inconsistencies and other un-Christian features of LDS. Tango book takes on the topics of polygamy, plural gods, the church's cash cow, covering up lies by adding unsubstantiated passages to the Bible, and Joseph Smith's criminal history.
Tango challenging questions like:
Did anything in the Book of Mormon ever actually happened? Will Single Mormons Make It to Heaven? Are the LDS leaders hiding its church history from members? When it comes to evidence, has anything been produced? The Investigative author Joe Tango provides plenty of scripture, including comparisons of the King James version of the Bible, the Book of Mormon, and the Joseph Smith Translation of the Bible. It will be no surprise to readers of the first book that the Smith Translation is heavily amended with additional passages that justify Smith's proclamations and behaviors, including his polygamous marriages to young girls and married women with families. Readers will stay up late reading about Joseph Smith's past and ongoing criminal behaviors and why the LDS claim that his numerous arrests were really about religious persecution, is hard to believe in at least a few of the cases.
