When leaders learn to consistently lead from their heads and their hearts, meaningful changes and results are the outcome. All too often leaders complicate the essence of leadership by acting in ways they believe are expected of them. This rarely proves helpful. Leadership is always a work in progress, so be assured that your role as a leader will continuously change. But two key elements that will never change is your role to serve and to support those you lead-not the other way around.
