Jimmy is an apiring DJ and electronic music producer who becomes involved in a life-altering love triangle with two sisters in New York as he is trying to build his recording career. He tries to put his personal life behind him when he moves to London to experience the taste of success on the European club circuit. Eventually he settles down with a woman and fellow DJ but soon realises that his new life was not all he hoped for. In the end, he is unable to either escape his memories of the two sisters or resurect what he once felt for them. He ends up single and alone, forced to come to terms with how time numbs human relationships, rendering past emotional bonds shadowy and irrevocable.
