The Black Girl in the White House

Two young girls become best friends living in separate communities and surrounded by prejudice and hate. Told from the view of a white girl growing up in a low income neighborhood as she explores the lessons she learned about acceptance and love from the little black girl. Amazed at her friend's resilience, Sarah finds herself needing help to overcome her abusive and discriminatory background. She goes to the one person who can be of most help - the black girl in the white house.
