The Billionaire's Secrets

The Billionaire's Secrets is a light, contemporary romance with a strong background story. This is as much about the lives of the two main characters as it is about romance. It is set on a beach on the Italian Riviera. It is about love and what that means for them, how it can hurt and be wonderful at the same time.

There are no hot, steamy scenes, only raw emotions at times, and strong feelings, especially towards the heart-breaking end.

Fiona and Monty meet in a bar when they are both there alone to drown their sorrows; he, an older man, after a funeral, she, young and broke, recently sacked because she wouldn't sleep with her boss.

Towards the beginning of the story Fiona and Monty start to date and fall in love without knowing much about the other.

Fiona and Monty's relationship grows. He is perfect, or almost. There are a couple of incidents that leave Fiona a few doubts that he is trying to control her life, but she puts these aside. He is so good and thoughtful to her in other ways, these do not seem that important, yet.

Fiona goes to his house, where finally their relationship goes to the next level, so to speak. Actually it goes all the way and she spends the night with him.

Unfortunately they have many problems facing them, and these may seem too insurmountable to face together. especially when Fiona discovers a secret Monty has.
