Many friends asked me to put something together to tell a little bit more about how the life in Socialist-Communist Cuba was like when I was living there and how is it now after 60 years of the Socialist experiment. After writing an opinion piece published by the New York Post explaining what Cubans have to go through to be able to get the utopia of "Free education and Free Healthcare' in Socialism, many of my family and friends asked that I publish something more extensive to make the American public aware of the real life in Socialism is, and real cost of "Free" I decided to translate from Spanish to English a book that I wrote years ago named "Balseros el Hombre Nuevo de Fidel Castro", ("Rafters the new Man of Fidel Castro") where I went more in detail about my daily life under the Socialist-Communist system in the country of birth, Cuba.
