The true story of the hardships and adventures of a boy joining the navy at 15 in the 1950's. Training at HMS Ganges and serving on ships and submarines operating around the UK, Far East, Middle East, Australia, West Indies and the Arctic. The traumatic life continues as a civilian in the various contracts as a self employed engineer and life itself.
