The Balloon Man

When Johnny's mother tells him that they are going to the park, Johnny is excited! The powerful wind makes and takes every opportunity to spoil that joyful excitement. But Johnny is determined to go and get what he wants. Johnny sees the wind blow a little boy's ice cream cone to the ground and asks his mother, "Why did the wind do that?" "Sometimes the wind does good things, and sometimes it does bad things," his mother explained. "This time the wind did a bad thing." Unfortunately, Johnny gets his turn to experience the bad side of the wind when he has to battle for his shiny, red balloon. The wind grabs the balloon.

Johnny reaches for the balloon.

The wind snatches the balloon.

Johnny runs after the balloon.

But the mighty wind is too much of a match for Johnny as it blows the shiny, red balloon higher and higher, further and further away.

Johnny yells for help!
