In the Solar Kingdom, each Planet is gifted special powers to rule over their Orbits. Pluto has overseen the Kuiper Belt for ages, but after a mysterious incident, his powers have disappeared. To find out what happened, he enlists the help of Lune, the Earth's Moon, to search the Inner Orbits for information. But before they can get started, they are identified as intruders and have to run from the law.
