The Awakening

Revised and edited Nov, '16 - In this second book of the Essene legacy, the story continues with the schooling of the children and the young maidens. When Mary is finally chosen the joyful expectation for the Promise is awakened. This awakening ignites the Essene communities as those who will surround Jesus are similarly awakened. We follow this riveting first-hand account of Mary's annunciation thru the breathtaking events leading up to the birth of Jesus. We get to be present at the birth itself, narrated in exquisite detail, as we join the Essenes accompanying and interacting with the holy family.
