To gain power he had created an endless succession of "Frankenstein" diseases that had caused worldwide pandemics. Malcolm also owned "The Chip" which was said to be a cruel-all but was a mind-control microchip Implant that gave him control over all aspects of everyone's life. Satan knows what awaits him on God's Judgement Day so his only hope is to upset God's timetable by corrupting the righteous, destroying the earth, and setting up a Throne inside the Holy Mountain. The day after the repeal of the Bill of Rights was ratified, all churches were forced to close, and any use of the word sin was punishable by prison. All the purveyors of vice and mayhem came out of the shadows, and Pimps replaced police on the streets. Einstaz Gruppe Goons were allowed to arrest people who attended any worship service and to make sure they were never seen again. On an Easter Sunday, Notre Dame, the last Cathedral left, burned to the ground with only a grinning gargoyle smiling through the ashes.
