An erotic love story set in the 1970s, at time when the first baby boomers born in the late 1940s were coming of age, and before the scourge of AIDS of the early 1980s. The 1960s Love Generation, on public display at Monterey, San Francisco and Woodstock became their core belief, an entitlement for these college age boomers. Through the new found freedom of the birth control pill, relationships were built as much around the pleasures of sex for men and women alike, as the emotional feelings towards each other without the fear of an unwanted pregnancy and the commitments it represented. Women were no longer bound to being a housewife. Higher education and the opportunities to pursue a career outside the home were a reality. The workplace now was shared with women, working alongside males as equals. Men for the first time found themselves on level with women and not able to maintain control over rank and relationship. For some women, feminism, Mother Earth, the female goddess and her promising powers of witchcraft, were another path to self-direction, and control over their lives.
