Ollie the Ostrich is angry because he can't fly like other birds can, but if he is going to solve his problem he is going to have to learn how to collaborate. Ostriches have never been able to fly. Most ostriches have accepted it. Not Ollie. He won't give up on his dream. But, until he finally stops being mad and starts asking for help, his plans keep backfiring. Collaboration is when people work as a team to solve a problem instead of avoiding the problem, acting like they "don't care," or trying only to get their way.
