The quintessential English Allotment should be a place of peace and harmony. A place where men, and women, can forget their problems, potter and plant. And, on the Victory Allotment, this has been the case. For two years, there has been no trouble or strife. But that is all about to change. Former tenant, Albert Collins, has been on the run in Europe. Wanted by both the UK police and Interpol for a brutal murder, he is now back in England with just one thing on his mind.
